Project Overview
Located in Southport CT's historic district, this project brought together detailed planting design and horticultural skill to make the most of a historic coastal property.
We designed and built a space that channels the coastal breeze to naturally cool the garden and seating areas — achieved through a custom lathe house, aerial allée, and layered privacy plantings.
The perennial garden and gravel paths are a fresh take on the site's historic layout, designed for the way the clients actually live — perfect for evening cocktails and garden parties.

Jessica created a complete landscape design plan for my house in Southport village and I couldn't be happier with the result. From initial concept, to developing the detailed plans, and all the way through to carefully supervising the planting, she did a wonderful job. Jessica has a high standard of quality and makes sure that her clients are happy with the result. She was open to my ideas and worked in a collaborative way. I give her my highest recommendation.
